 You will play a pivotal role in remotely monitoring and reviewing the vital signs/EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our advanced remote monitoring system. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the early detection of changes in patient conditions, enabling timely intervention and improved patient care.

  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Remotely review vital signs and EHR data of patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities using our FDA-cleared contactless patient remote monitoring system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify changes in the patient's condition and any trends present in vital signs data (i.e., respiration rate, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood glucose levels)
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to determine patients
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate internally with clinicians to define the risk levels of patients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop alerts and reports to send digitally to clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribution to other mission-critical tasks and priorities as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical
  </li>
  <li>
   guidelines, and company policies while handling patient data.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop digital reports for clinicians at Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing valuable insights and data for informed decision-making.

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Clinical experience as a bedside RN required, with most recent bedside experience being within the past year.
  </li>
  <li>
   In-depth understanding of clinical diagnoses, assessment, interventions and treatments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clinical education experience preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment completing multiple tasks with a start-up mentality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with EHR systems required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong facilitation/clinical education skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical decision support.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferred experience using GSuite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides.
  </li>
  <li>
   Team spirit with a positive attitude.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to listen, comprehend, and process a variety of detailed information.
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferred licensure as a Registered Nurse in one or more of the following states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Colorado, Ohio, Compact, Washington, Oregon, Chicago, Michigan, Maine, Florida, and California.
