The Philippines is a key market for Netflix in Southeast Asia and this is an exciting time to be part of driving our growth in the market, alongside a number of stunning colleagues on the team. We have hundreds of original films and series from Squid Game to Trese to Avatar: The Last Airbender (and more!) that are produced for all kinds of tastes and moods. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Production Manager to join our team and drive the execution of best-in-class multi-channel title campaigns in the Philippines, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and bridging both the creative and technical aspects of local marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain industry-leading marketing executions that help drive our content and brand
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead internal and external production communications and workflows with multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset delivery, whilst always managing expectations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Be a regional creative and production expert, driving workflow practices about best-in-market activations, in-market technical capabilities, and cultural nuances back with global and international teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage localization, production process, and creative approvals of advertising materials (including clearances, delivery, trafficking, etc.).
  </li>
  <li>
   Integrate closely with internal and external trafficking teams to ensure that all asset tracking is implemented correctly, and efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with regional and global teams, supporting local implementation and customization of import campaigns, and leveraging global materials to deploy local marketing experiences and creative extensions.

  Qualifications

  <li>
   At least 10 years of marketing production experience, preferably at an advertising or creative agency with an emphasis on integrated campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   A deep and comprehensive technical understanding of end-to-end campaign execution, including online and offline video, high-impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground event activations, digital marketing, and paid social campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Expert knowledge of marketing campaigns and localization workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for both Video, Digital, and Print materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to translate creative ideas through to technical and native executions, for various ad-serving platforms and proprietary publisher platforms.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledgeable of and familiar with leading creative and production agencies in the Philippines
