 As a Brand Manager within our Brand &amp; Innovations team, you will be managing Buscopan as a brand to manage the strategy and innovations.

  Main Responsibilities

 Brand Performance
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Own brand P&amp;L of local markets and drive profitability
  </li>
  <li>
   Define brand ambition in long-term. Drive market share gain and brand consideration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive brand love, brand health and brand imagery
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides input on brand budgeting (esp. net sales &amp; A&amp;P allocation) and performance KPIs
  </li>
  <li>
   Tracks monthly performance at country level and set-up corrective action plan if required
  </li>
  <li>
   Participated in local monthly IBP (S&amp;OP) cycle to ensure gatekeep our brand performance
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 Brand Strategy
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Defines the brand strategic pillars and business objectives of Buscopan based on consumers, shoppers and HCPs insights
  </li>
  <li>
   Understand the consumer, shopper and HCP journey and define the leveraging points to influence brand choices
  </li>
  <li>
   Defines local shopper strategy, the right channel segmentations, shopper activations and messages.
  </li>
  <li>
   Defines country demand &amp; provide competitive intelligent. Define the key winning edges of our brand vs. competitions.

 Brand Management

   Contributes to brand campaign strategy, then localizes based on country specificities and manages campaign execution at country level
  </li>

   Localizes brand assets and content to ensure it taps local insights [where applicable]

   Executes brand plan &amp; budget, esp. by designing winning adaptation of priority initiatives in local markets, based on local consumer &amp; shopper insights
