Job Summary  
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, procurement, and order management systems to ensure that all parts are available for our automotive service operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a background in automotive service, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers effectively.
Responsibilities
* Manage the parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels through effective demand planning.
* Oversee the order management system to track incoming and outgoing parts efficiently.
* Coordinate procurement management activities to source high-quality parts at competitive prices.
* Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of parts.
* Assist in equipment repair by providing necessary parts in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for parts procurement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a parts management role or similar position within the automotive industry.
* Familiarity with order management systems and procurement processes.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in demand planning and inventory control practices.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment repair processes is preferred.
* Excellent negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
* Proficient understanding of automotive service operations is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
