Job Overview Nous recherchons un chef pâtissier ou une cheffe pâtissière passionné(e) et créatif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de la création et de la préparation de délicieuses pâtisseries tout en garantissant la qualité et la présentation des produits. Votre expertise en boulangerie-pâtisserie sera essentielle pour offrir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle à notre clientèle. Duties * Concevoir et élaborer des recettes de pâtisserie innovantes et traditionnelles * Préparer les aliments en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire * Assurer la manipulation adéquate des aliments tout au long du processus de production * Superviser l’équipe de pâtisserie, en veillant à ce que chaque membre respecte les standards de travail * Gérer les stocks d’ingrédients et passer les commandes nécessaires pour le bon fonctionnement de la cuisine * Collaborer avec le personnel de service pour garantir une présentation optimale des produits aux clients * Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé, en respectant les normes d’hygiène Qualifications * Expérience significative en tant que chef pâtissier ou cheffe pâtissière dans un environnement similaire * Maîtrise des techniques de préparation culinaires et des normes de sécurité alimentaire * Connaissance approfondie des principes de boulangerie-pâtisserie * Excellentes compétences en service client, avec un sens aigu du détail dans la présentation des plats * Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité * Créativité et passion pour l’innovation culinaire Si vous êtes motivé(e) par le désir d’exceller dans votre métier et d’apporter votre touche personnelle à notre offre, nous serions ravis de vous accueillir au sein de notre équipe.
