Als Export Coordinator Key Accounts ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze belangrijkste klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat exportprocessen vlekkeloos verlopen en dat klanten tevreden blijven. Je taken omvatten: * Het beheren en versterken van relaties met strategische key accounts. * Het coördineren van exportprocessen, inclusief logistiek, documentatie en naleving van douaneregels. * Het fungeren als schakel tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en logistieke partners. * Het oplossen van vragen, klachten en operationele uitdagingen van klanten. * Het bijhouden van KPI's, verkoopcijfers en het maken van rapportages. * Het signaleren van groeikansen en proactief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen. Wat breng je mee? * Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting. * Aantoonbare ervaring in export en/of klantbeheer, bij voorkeur binnen de luchtvrachtsector. * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. * Oog voor detail, probleemoplossend vermogen en een klantgerichte instelling. * Beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime functie in dagdienst (maandag t/m vrijdag).
