What does a successful Marketing Director do at Fiserv?
 At Fiserv, the role of a Marketing Director is both pivotal and dynamic, embodying the vision and execution of go-to-market strategies that propel our business unit forward. You will take the helm of marketing initiatives for Fiserv Global Business Solutions (GBS) Canada, championing the Clover brand for the vibrant realm of small and medium-sized businesses while leveraging the power of the Fiserv brand for larger, impactful engagements.
   
  
 Leading a dedicated team of three to five professionals, you will craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass the entire customer journey. Your expertise will shine as you facilitate sales enablement and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that every effort aligns harmoniously with our overarching business goals. Together, we’ll create a roadmap for success that resonates with our clients and drives growth across the board.
   
  
What You Will Do
* Create and implement of direct channel marketing campaigns through customized strategies focused on lead generation via paid ads.
* Develop and maintain a marketing strategy for social media to increase online engagement and generate sales/leads.
* Identify new strategies, methods and tactics to execute marketing goals
* Monitor marketing budget, with specific attention to the effectiveness and impact of current marketing campaigns and strategies.
* Monitor marketing metrics for all campaigns.
* Compile analytics and insights.
* Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance
* Communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, marketing staff, and product marketers.
What You Will Need To Have
* 8+ years of marketing experience in business-to-business (B2B) sectors.
* 8+ years of experience with lead generation, full-funnel marketing, marketing productivity tools and managing all social media platforms.
* 6+ years of experience in organizing and managing trade show activities.
* 3+ years’ experience managing a team of direct reports.
* Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What Would Be Great To Have
* Master’s degree.
* Prior experience in marketing SaaS solutions.
* Prior experience in SEO, Google Analytics and landing page optimization.
* Bilingual proficiency in French.
