   Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Plan, oversee, and implement operations strategy aligned with company growth plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Streamline vital operational activities and ensure teams perform tasks per established expectations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and regularly analyze department data, including financial, productivity-related, performance, and work-order data and metrics relating to maintenance programs and operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in the leadership and strategic direction of the organization, taking on critical operational tasks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team leads, fostering an environment of growth and efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee system management, collaborating with internal and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Make recommendations and ensure the company&rsquo;s allocation of resources aligns with business needs and goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with local and federal business laws.
  </li>

   The Skills &amp; Experience You Possess:
  </strong>
 </p>

   3-5 years of experience in multisite operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a team environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
  </li>
