   Capability to establish residence in Southwest Ohio
  </li>

   Proficiency in managing full P&amp;L responsibilities and fostering growth
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferred MBA or Masters qualification, with a Bachelor's degree as a prerequisite
  </li>
  <li>
   Robust background in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing methodologies
  </li>
