<p>The role</p><p>We are looking for a passionate and high caliber Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead and execute our sustainability strategy. In this high exposure role, you report to the Director of Strategy, and work closely with the local leadership team and the global sustainability team to identify, prioritize, develop and execute HelloFresh’s sustainability initiatives across our organization. You will actively drive and shape the development of a more sustainable supply chain by supporting the design, quantification and implementation of various high impact projects. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a hyper growth and successful foodtech, and be in the driver’s seat of its future sustainability agenda!</p><p>What you will be doing:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute HelloFresh’s sustainability strategy across our operations to deliver on ambitious carbon emissions reduction objectives</li><li>Lead cross-functional and high complexity projects, generating buy-in across functions and collaborating with procurement, logistics, production, tech, product, brand & communication</li><li>Own the data, targets and OKRs on sustainability by monitoring KPIs and creating dashboards to assess the impact of our initiatives.
