Present in 14 countries now, Veepee is taking a leading role in the European digital commerce landscape.</p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p>As the Business Analyst in Veepee IT department (VeepeeTech), you will assume responsibility for monitoring workforce KPIs aligned with stakeholder requirements, compiling reports on staff variation, and tracking both Capex & Opex. You will also be tasked with generating and delivering accurate monthly forecasts to provide projections comparing the initial budget. Furthermore, you will act as a pivotal conduit for clear communication between VeepeeTech Management, HR, and the Finance team. You will be part of the Governance team at VeepeeTech, joining dedicated colleagues who manage the administration & analyses of general expenses and workforce. In the team, you will work in close collaboration with an Admin Assistant on the workforce side and will report to the Head of Governance.</p><p><strong>TASKS</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Workforce Analysis and Reporting:</strong> Design and deliver regular reports tracking key performance indicators such as turnover, staff variation, capex & opex rates, salary ladders etc. Identify trends and discrepancies in the guidelines governing workforce management. Monitor the capitalization rate in timesheets and the valorization of the Capex projects every month.</li><li><strong>Budget Forecasting:</strong> Support audits and inspections by providing accurate data and analysis. Update monthly budget forecasts incorporating actual spend data and projections for the rest of the year. Analyze variances between forecasted budgets and actual costs to understand deviations and refine forecasts.</li><li><strong>Partnership with Finance, HR and VeepeeTech Top Management:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact with the finance department for all matters relating to the IT workforce budget. Ensure that financial data is accurately represented in the IT reporting and forecasting. Align workforce forecasting with the financial constraints of VeepeeTech. Collaborate closely with the 3 specified departments to secure accurate cost projections.</li><li><strong>Decision support:</strong> Prepare presentations and reports for executive management highlighting financial risks and making recommendations to meet expectations.</li><li><strong>IT Tools Management and Enhancement:</strong> Act as a key stakeholder in the development of IT tools used for workforce management and timesheet tracking. Schedule and conduct regular follow-up meetings with the Product Owner and Lead Developer to discuss the functionality, usability, and improvements of these IT tools. Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas where the tools can be enhanced to better meet the needs.
