<p><strong>Overview:</strong> Our client, Infrastructure Ontario, is a crown corporation in the early stages of a multi-year company-wide migration to Azure Cloud. As a part of this migration, they need to bring extra consultants in both to help with the new project work and also to help with ongoing operations during the migration. This role is a combination of the two. This is expected to be an initial 6-month contract with an opportunity for extension.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the Microsoft 365 environment as it relates to architecture and security (Exchange, AzureAD, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)</li> <li>Manage and administer Microsoft IAM/SSO/MFA</li> <li>Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Active Directory, Exchange Server and Exchange Online, SCCM/ECM, and Intune.</li> <li>PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution (PowerShell/JSON/YAML)</li> <li>FTP Server / File / Simple Mail transfer support</li> <li>Work in IIS / DNS / .Net environments</li> <li>Utilize APM toolsets like Dynatrace</li> <li>Administration of VDI solutions like Citrix.</li> <li>Manage IAM/PAM platforms like SailPoint and CyberArc</li> <li>Networking design and technologies including VLANs, QoS, ACLs, routes, and TCP/IP.</li> <li>Load balancing.</li> <li>Administration of firewalls and switches.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a WiFi / LAN / WAN environment</li> <li>Site-to-site/Client VPN deployment, configuration & maintenance</li> <li>Manage and troubleshoot REST/API environments</li> <li>Administration of storage and virtualization</li> <li>Utilize Terraform, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code</li> <li>Utilize tools including Ruckus/Cisco, Palo Alto, Commvault, Accellion</li> <li>Team management and effective communication.</li> <li>Critical thinking and problem-solving of technical challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Active Directory, Exchange Server and Exchange Online, SCCM/ECM, and Intune.</li> <li>Technical and practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution</li> <li>Previous experience managing the Microsoft 365 environment as it relates to architecture and security</li> <li>Manage and administer Microsoft IAM/SSO/MFA</li> <li>Office 365 (Exchange, AzureAD, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)</li> <li>FTP Server / File / Simple Mail transfer support</li> <li>Scripting experience (PowerShell/JSON/YAML)</li> <li>Experience working in IIS / DNS / .Net environments</li> <li>Experience working in APM toolsets like Dynatrace</li> <li>Experience with administration of VDI solutions like Citrix.</li> <li>Experience with IAM/PAM platforms like SailPoint and CyberArc</li> <li>Experience working in a ServiceNow environment</li> <li>Experience working in a Dynamic365 and power platform environment</li> <li>Understanding of networking design and technologies like VLANs, QoS, ACLs, routes, and TCP/IP.</li> <li>Experience with load-balancing technology.</li> <li>Experience with administrating firewalls and switches.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a WiFi / LAN / WAN environment</li> <li>Site-to-site/Client VPN deployment, configuration & maintenance</li> <li>Experience working with managing and troubleshooting REST/API environments</li> <li>5+ years working with Microsoft Azure</li> <li>8+ Years working with Windows Server Operating systems</li> <li>8+ Years of storage and virtualization experience in a mid-size to enterprise environment</li> <li>8+ Years working with Windows Server Operating systems</li> <li>8+ Years working with Firewalls is required</li> <li>8+ Years working with backups is required</li> <li>Experience with Terraform, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code</li> <li>Experience with Ruckus/Cisco and/or Palo Alto is beneficial</li> <li>Experience with Commvault is beneficial</li> <li>Experience with Accellion is beneficial</li> <li>Experience with MS SQL administration is beneficial</li> <li>Team management skills and effective communication skills.</li> <li>Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and other related courses.</li> <li>Previous experience within the Ontario Public Sector is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Notes:</strong> Some remote work is possible but are primarily expected to work on-site #gttca#24-07351</p>
