  Job Description
  <br/>

 </strong>
 The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for a secure, reliable and agile information technology environment. Priorities will focus around information cyber security, Windows Server, network connectivity plus other related technologies.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage and monitor Information (Cyber) security
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor, maintain, and optimize client systems, applications, and network environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform Windows server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide level:1, 2 &amp; 3 networking support (TCP, DNS/MX, simple subnets, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, Wireless)
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide Level - 1 &amp; 2 application support (Exchange, O365, SMB apps)
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide Level - 1, 2, &amp; 3 server / database administration
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee deployment / repair &amp; replace services on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  </li>
  <li>
   Check events and logs and escalate issues as required
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor backup / storage (SAN, NAS)

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and 5-10+ years equivalent work experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Certifications in MSCE, MCP, VMware, Cisco would be an asset
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of PowerShell
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
