We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.</p><h3>Alliance Operations Manager Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Implement, monitor, track, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of partners, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all partner initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate, plan, and support all partner meetings, internal planning sessions, and initiatives across a portfolio of partners.</li><li>Own and report weekly metrics as decided by the global alliance leader.</li><li>Create templates and processes for QBR's (quarterly business reviews), partner business plans, and other key deliverables.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operations of strategic alliances and partnerships.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership objectives.</li><li>Partner with teams across the business to source, allocate and coordinate resources.</li><li>Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations on partnership performance and ROI for senior management.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new partnership opportunities and market trends.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships and alliances.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in alliance management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
