<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Planning and Coordination:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences.</li><li>Develop detailed plans and timelines for wedding events.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all elements are aligned.</li></ul><p>Budget Management:</p><ul><li>Prepare and manage budgets for each wedding event.</li><li>Ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.</li></ul><p>Logistics Management:</p><ul><li>Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding venues.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and setup of decorations, catering, sound systems, and other essentials.</li><li>Manage transportation logistics for guests and the wedding party.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership:</p><ul><li>Supervise a team of coordinators, assistants, and on-site staff.</li><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.</li><li>Conduct training and briefings to ensure everyone is prepared.</li></ul><p>Client Relations:</p><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.</li><li>Provide regular updates and address any concerns or changes promptly.</li><li>Ensure a positive and stress-free experience for the clients.</li></ul><p>Quality Control:</p><ul><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure the venue meets quality standards.</li><li>Oversee rehearsals and coordinate with the officiant, wedding party, and vendors.</li><li>Address any issues or emergencies that arise on the wedding day.</li></ul><p>Post-Event Follow-up:</p><ul><li>Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients.</li><li>Review and reconcile final invoices and payments.</li><li>Implement improvements based on feedback for future events.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month</p><p>Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift</p><p>Ability to commute/relocate: Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</p><p>Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)</p><p>Experience: Operations: 5 years (Preferred), total work: 5 years (Preferred)</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
