In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment bringing designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications. Your responsibilities will cover architecture, design, engineering, user experience, and deployment that will leverage our expansive data set of 1M+ clients of all sizes for human resources, compensation, employee engagement, talent management, benefits, and more. No two days are the same as you work with your team, business leaders, UX, product and project management to understand our next wave of work. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be comfortable building cloud applications along with a solid understanding of technologies, including APIs, distributed systems design, operational scaling and availability, and application integrations. Frontend development (Javascript, Angular/React, Stencil) and backend development (Node.js, Next, Express, Typescript) are critical. Any mobile development experience (hybrid apps with Flutter and/or native development with Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android), also experience with AWS in general would be a major plus. Variety of work: There is no typical day. You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments. Influence and inspire confidence: You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent. Solid management experience, leading development teams to the best of your ability. Previous experience working with Software Development, primarily with: Javascript/Typescript, both frontend and backend. Mobile (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) would be a plus. AWS experience (Lambda) would be a major plus. Advance communication skills in English – both verbal and written. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
