If so, apply for this Commercial Executive Assistant position at our office in Holambra (SP), Brazil.</h3> <p>What will your role be? As a Commercial Executive Assistant, you will support the organization of commercial meetings, internal and external commercial events/fairs and preparing presentations. You will support the agenda organization of Sales Manager and Client Manager Chain. On this role, you will also:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support to internal communication.</li> <li>Support the arrangements of the business trips and accommodation for the commercial team.</li> <li>Manage the marketing agency activities, preparing the content for social medias and sending to the marketing agency for execution.</li> <li>Provide support to marketing and communication activities for the commercial team (field days, lectures, logos, leaflets, banners, etc.).</li> <li>Manage the marketing budget.</li> <li>Prepare quotations, purchasing, and inventory management of marketing materials.</li> <li>Presence at external events during periods of high demand.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in Administration or related studies.</li> <li>Affinity with marketing, social medias, and commercial environment.</li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience.</li> <li>Fluency in English, both written as verbal.</li> </ul> <p><strong>In addition, you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A high degree of motivation, flexibility, and willingness to learn.</li> <li>Good planning and organizational skills.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills (discretion and confidentiality) and good communication skills – both verbal and written.</li> <li>IT skills (excel, word, powerpoint).</li> </ul> <p><strong>We are seeking a team player with a team mentality and the ability to establish and develop contacts and relations in diverse cultures.</strong></p> <p><strong>Rijk Zwaan: your new employee?</strong></p> <p>Rijk Zwaan is an international family company with a people-oriented culture.
