<h3>JOB PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND IN SUMMARY</h3>

Are you passionate about how companies can contribute to a climate resilient, environmentally sustainable future? CDP Latin America is looking for an intern to join our Finance & People team to provide a critical contribution to CDP’s mission of promoting a low carbon economy. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact globally on how companies and suppliers respond to the key environmental challenges of climate change, water security and deforestation. Your work will form part of CDP LA’s team responsible for corporate engagement in Latin America.</p>

<h3>ABOUT THE CDP LATIN AMERICA TEAM</h3>
<p>Because of Latin America's diversity, creativity and relevance, our regional office is an innovation hub for creating new business models. Regionally, we mobilize investors, companies and governments to build and accelerate collaborative action for development that works for current and future generations. We offer a variety of solutions for environmental information to be the mainstay of political and business decision making. As an international organization, it is essential that there is a strict and effective control of HR processes.</p>
<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE</h3>
<ul>
<li>Organize documentation for hiring and dismissal processes</li>
<li>Review payroll monthly process</li>
<li>Develop HR and administrative procedures under supervision</li>
<li>Support internal HR internal communications and activities</li>
<li>Provide overall administrative support as required</li>
</ul>
<h3>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</h3>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate student in business administration, human resource management, psychology or any other related area</li>
<li>Basic working skills on MS Office Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel</li>
<li>English is required, Spanish is a plus</li>
</ul>
<h3>KEY BEHAVIOURS EXPECTED IN THIS ROLE</h3>
<p>Optimize Work Processes: Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. For example, pursue, explore, and develop ways to ensure own work is as effective as possible within all relevant processes. Share an analysis of process problems with stakeholders; discusses how to resolve the issue. Ensure Accountability: Take steps to ensure work is done properly, communicate status, and address any errors.</p>
