From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.</p><p>At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are currently looking for an Administrative Program & Content Manager to help scale our global network of certified trainers and students abroad.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead Training Sessions: Conduct remote web sales training and travel to regional partner locations to lead training events.</li><li>Trainer Onboarding: Remotely interview, onboard, and audit trainers conducting certification courses abroad.</li><li>Event Coordination: Organize training and marketing events through partner outreach and social media coordination.</li><li>AI-Drive Content Curation: Assist with content creation by leveraging GPT tools.</li><li>Content Translation Coordination: Coordinate translation of training content with trainers across global regions.</li><li>Database Management: Manage and consolidate databases for our global IT training program.</li></ul><h3>Desired Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>IT Background: Understanding of foundational IT networking concepts (routing, switching, 802.11 Wi-Fi) with a proclivity for learning.
