Experience the fun of our courses!</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in web development, who can build and maintain websites using no-code/low-code solutions, ensure cross-browser/device compatibility, and develop marketing landing pages and forms. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in WordPress or similar platforms, HTML/CSS, UI/UX design, and web service integration tools like Zapier. Additionally, experience with website performance optimization, SEO, and web security is essential. Proactivity, system thinking, and intermediate English are required, with Spanish and programming knowledge being advantageous.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build functional and easy-to-use websites using no-code and low-code solutions;</li><li>Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices;</li><li>Develop and deploy landing pages and web forms for marketing and sales events;</li><li>Regularly update content, images, and multimedia elements on all websites to ensure accuracy and relevance;</li><li>Perform routine site audits to identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and other issues;</li><li>Collaborate with content creators and marketers to publish high-quality, engaging content across websites;</li><li>Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance website layout, navigation, and accessibility, and create webpages prototypes based on the market benchmarks;</li><li>Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategies to improve speed, usability, and overall user experience;</li><li>Support hosting and domain cloud services (GoDaddy, WordPress, etc), set up new domains and subdomains when necessary;</li><li>Setup integrations of the websites with other IT services through API, webhooks, and 3rd party web integration services (e.g. Zapier, Make.com);</li><li>Execute incident management of the website and cloud hosting;</li><li>Review the competitors and make suggestions for the improvement of web services of the project in cooperation with the project manager and product managers;</li><li>Implement security measures to safeguard websites against cyber threats, malware, and unauthorized access;</li><li>Develop the layouts of marketing email templates at request using HTML/CSS; set up the workflows and triggers for automatic and manual email sending based on marketing business requirements;</li><li>Set up and support other web services, such as CRM, CMS, LMS (educational platform), email-sending services, etc.</li><li>Do the basic optimization of the website, structure, and metadata to enhance visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs) in cooperation with the marketing manager.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2-3 years of experience as a webmaster, front-end developer, or website administrator;</li><li>Proactive approach in web development and services optimization, passion for working with web services.</li><li>System thinking and commitment to the result.</li><li>Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar solutions (WIX, Tilda, SendPulse, etc).</li><li>Experience with Elementor or similar.</li><li>Understanding the integration methods of web services directly or web integration tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com).</li><li>HTML/CSS knowledge.</li><li>Proven UI/UX knowledge.</li><li>English: Intermediate or higher.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>21 working days annual leave.</li><li>Udemy Business unlimited membership.</li><li>Corporate events and team building activities.</li><li>Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment.</li></ul>
