<h3>The Position</h3><p>The Marketing Manager for the Biosimilar franchise will be responsible for developing the Franchise Plans, monitoring performance, forecasting, delivering on sales commitments, budget management, and P&L accountability.</p><p>Become an expert in disease, product, and competitive landscape in-depth knowledge. Lead the sales team in the strategic plans’ execution and the value proposition implementation. Act with the highest ethical and compliance standards across all activities and engagements.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Financial Planning, forecasting & P&L responsibility.</li><li>Develop sales trends for accurate demand planning.</li><li>Lead Franchise Plan development process aligned with Company strategy including strategic imperatives, action plans, targeting and segmentation, execution timelines, and associated budgets.</li><li>Budget management accountability</li><li>Deliver Franchise Plan including financial commitments to leadership.</li><li>New product launch readiness.</li><li>Close collaboration with the US marketing team members</li><li>Establish KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies based on market behaviors.</li><li>Use data analysis & analytics to obtain market, customer, and stakeholder insights for decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Required Education, Experience and Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required in business or science. MBA preferred.</li><li>Five (5) years plus of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.</li><li>Strong Digital marketing knowledge.</li><li>Experience in Immunology and/or Oncology</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Who We Are:</h3><p>Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
