<h3>Responsabilidades:</h3><ul><li>Desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia de producto.</li><li>Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar tendencias.</li><li>Optimizar la rentabilidad del producto utilizando datos y herramientas de análisis.</li><li>Negociar con proveedores y gestionar compras.</li><li>Automatizar procesos para mejorar la eficiencia.</li><li>Generar informes diarios de ventas y rentabilidad.</li><li>Analizar el Profit and Loss (P&L) de los productos.</li><li>Incrementar ventas mediante estrategias de gestión de productos y marketing.</li><li>Optimizar recursos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.</li><li>Alinear estrategias con los objetivos comerciales.</li><li>Mantener y negociar contratos y listas de precios.</li><li>Proponer mejoras para el equipo y la empresa.</li></ul><h3>Requisitos:</h3><ul><li>Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Product Manager en ecommerce.</li><li>Experiencia en ventas online, análisis de datos y herramientas ecommerce.</li><li>Conocimientos avanzados en Excel, Google Sheets y preferiblemente SQL o Python.</li><li>Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir altos estándares.</li><li>Experiencia en gestión de compras, proyección de ventas y presupuestos.</li><li>Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva.</li><li>Preferencia por la automatización y agilidad en la ejecución.</li><li>Disponibilidad para atender necesidades comerciales.</li></ul><h3>Habilidades Deseadas:</h3><ul><li>Experiencia en ventas B2B y B2C en ecommerce.</li><li>Conocimiento del mercado local y regional.</li><li>Habilidades en marketing digital y análisis de datos.</li><li>Estudios en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería, Estadística o afines (no excluyente).</li><li>Manejo de herramientas como Tango Gestión, ODOO (ERP), Excel, Google Sheets, Suite Office, SQL, Python, Asana y Trello.</li></ul><h3>Beneficios:</h3><ul><li>Almuerzo a cargo de la empresa.</li><li>Salario competitivo.</li><li>Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.</li><li>Formación continua y capacitación en nuevas herramientas.</li></ul><p>Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo</p><p>Sueldo: A partir de $1,00 al mes</p><h3>Pregunta(s) de postulación:</h3><ul><li>¿Contás con disponibilidad para trabajar en Chacarita de lunes a viernes en el horario de 9 a 18hs?</li><li>¿Cuál es el rango salarial esperado para esta posición?</li></ul><p>Fecha límite para postularse: 31/07/2024</p>
