Job Description
<h3>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Promote and/or sell OFG banking/financial services and products, campaigns, special projects and Marketing events by phone or digital media to current clients as well as cold calling to potential customers.</li><li>Ensure quality in all inbound and outbound calls to provide constructive feedback, ensure compliance requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Promote cross sell products and profiling in inbound and outbound calls.</li><li>Prepare reports requested by Sales Manager and ensure that these are rendered on a timely basis and with the required quality level.</li><li>Verify and provide feedback on the experience using all applications, such as downtime, access and other system performance problems.</li><li>Update customer’s contact and demographic information in the bank core system.</li><li>Forward complex service request to support units.</li><li>Report incidences related to access, security, unavailability and overall experience with all applications, database segmentations or procedures.</li><li>Explain, and apply department standards, policies, procedures, and criteria when interviewing individuals to collect information and screen for services.</li><li>Other duties maybe assigned.</li></ul><h3>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields required.</li><li>One (1) year of experience in retail sales required. One (1) year of experience in a call center highly desirable.</li><li>Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.</li><li>Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.</li><li>Candidates must be highly analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask observing the defined quality standards.</li><li>Demonstrated assertiveness in oral and written communications with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications required.</li><li>Availability to work any day of the week based on the established hours of operations, plus flexibility to work overtime according to business needs is required.</li></ul>
