<h3>The role - your passion</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management:</strong> You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site</li>
  <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)</li>
  <li><strong>Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations:</strong> You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements</li>
  <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control</li>
  <li><strong>Recruitment:</strong> You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location</li>
  <li><strong>Fleet Management:</strong> You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners</li>
  <li><strong>Customer Consultation:</strong> You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you need to surf the wave with us</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification</li>
  <li>At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome</li>
  <li>Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous</li>
  <li>High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor</li>
  <li>You are a hands-on and effective communicator</li>
  <li>You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized</li>
  <li>You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently</li>
  <li>Driver's license Class B</li>
