<h3>The Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources (IANR) Business Centers</h3><p>are a cohesive team that provide professional service, efficient resource management, and effective solution development with integrity, accountability and focus on the customer. See: <a href='http://www.unl.edu/equity/notice-nondiscrimination'>UNL Notice of Nondiscrimination</a>.</p><h3>Minimum Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of finance and/or human resources experience; equivalent education/experience considered.</li><li>One year of experience supervising staff (either functionally or full supervision).</li><li>Experience with SAP or large integrated finance or human resources system.</li><li>Knowledge of finance, grants, and/or human resources terminology and practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze data and inquiries, think critically, and make appropriate decisions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with rules and regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA guidelines on the disclosure of information.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships within and outside of reporting lines.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead people, projects, and/or teams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><p>The following qualifications are preferred but not required:</p><ul><li>Experience performing finance, grants and/or human resources-related at a University of Nebraska institution.</li><li>Experience serving multiple units as part of a service team.</li><li>Experience facilitating training.</li><li>Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.</li><li>Knowledge of federal and state laws and guidelines related to business practices.</li></ul><h3>Posted Salary</h3><p>$59,180/yr minimum</p><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Click on “Apply for this Job”.
