<h3>SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, AUTOMOTIVE</h3><p>WORK DESCRIPTION</p><p>Do you share our passion for Leadership within Technology development and want to work in a cross functional global environment?</p><p>At Mutual Benefits Engineering's, Development Team you will start at our customers facilities to work as Software Development Manager of a global Center of Excellence team ensuring the quality, performance and development of their global Product Range. The Product Range include self driving cars, electrification and continuous integration and consist of Shift-By-Wire-, Power Electronics-, Seat Comfort- and Seat Climate systems.</p><p>Join our Development Team on our journey to support our customers in the need for accelerated changes, to contribute and take the companies to the next level and unlocking their full potential.</p><p>As SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER you will actively be a key player in transforming to the futures demands of software development in the automotive industry.</p><p>Self driving cars, electrification and continuous integration are three areas that have an impact on the business now and in the future.</p><p>The road map for the products is being developed together with the different business areas and the objective is to be in the global frontline of the Product Range. You will be working towards all major car- and truck brands.</p><p>You will report to the Director for electronics Center of Excellence and be part of a team located in Sweden, China and Canada/US.</p><p>Your responsibility will be SW for European OEMs mainly.</p><p>The job includes travelling to offices and plants around the world and on-site presence at the development and manufacturing launch location nearby Jönköping, Sweden.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>We believe that you have a M.Sc. or a B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably with software focus.</li><li>You have most likely worked as a Software Manager or Project Manager before, in projects with high complexity.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial products with both software and hardware development are also a good fit for this role.</li><li>Know-how in Agile development methods (such as Scrum) and embedded SW development will be beneficial for you.</li><li>Knowledge and experience from Autosar, Diagnostics (OBD-II, UDS), ISO26262, Automotive Spice are valued but not a requirement.</li></ul><p>Leadership skills to develop people as well as technology are skills that we highly appreciate!</p><p>As a leader you drive continuous improvements and take responsibility for the development of your personnel.</p><p>Coaching and an active leadership style are natural elements in this role and comes natural for you.</p><p>Good communication skills in both spoken and written English are required.
