  <li><strong>Compliance experts:</strong> If you are aware and practised 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, MHRA, HIPPA, HL7, CLIA, GMAP, GLP, NABL compliance and conducted audits or faced audits before.</li>
  <li><strong>Project and Program managers:</strong> If you believe you are a great people and time manager and customer-oriented and possess customer-facing skills to manage Software and Consulting services project management, Program management with qualified PM certifications and experience.</li>

<h3>Primary Job Function, Accountability and Scope</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Responsible for assisting the Sales Team and Delivery team in translating customer requirements into software and solutions driven, required documentation preparation, assisting in closing new business, and delivering projects from Business Analytics and Subject matter prospective.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Products and Solutions experience</h3>
<ul>
  <li>3 to 5 years' industry experience in a laboratory or science-based industry with knowledge of Laboratory Informatics or worked in a software industry as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Experts.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education Qualification</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Master’s Degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, MBA, and other relevant disciplines.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Location</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Hyderabad, India, Full time, 40%+ Travel domestic and International.</li>

<h3>Required Skills and Experience</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Develop and deliver best-of-breed solution demonstrations and presentations of Lab-Informatics products and Solutions.</li>
  <li>Assist with RFIs/RFPs, technical and functional responses.</li>
  <li>Strong knowledge in all aspects of the Lab-Informatics standard products functionality, compliance, integrations, and functionality.</li>
  <li>Willingness to learn new technologies and other Lab-Informatics products and Services to support the sales and delivery team.</li>
  <li>Understanding of the workflows, compliance, day-to-day lab challenges in the pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, F&B, environmental, O&G, forensic, or similar industries.</li>
  <li>Be able to effectively write URS, FRS, Test Cases, User Manuals, and other required project documents in the most effective, compliant, simplified, and required formats for a customer and for internal usage at Lab-Informatics.</li>
  <li>Able to support customers in UAT, FAT, Training, and troubleshooting of the solutions.</li>
  <li>Anticipates, identifies, and meets internal and external customer needs and requests; negates and Resolves Conflicts; maintains a professional demeanor, even under stressful conditions.</li>
