Job Description
<h3>Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients aligned with sales budgets</h3><ul><li>Creation and execution of individual account plans with each client</li><li>Develop new ideas and strategies to achieve and maintain our competitive leadership position</li><li>Maintaining a record of client interactions, performance and negotiations</li><li>Liaise with agents regularly through the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates from enquiry, application, acceptance, and commencement</li><li>Run reports on outstanding applications and contact students and agents via email, phone to progress the sale</li><li>Manage the student conversion process</li><li>Manage regional involvement in social media campaigns</li><li>Manage and provide ongoing training to Prosper agents</li><li>Provide ongoing training, product information, and relevant promotions for agents, in line with tiering system and counsellor incentive programs</li><li>Research, analyze, and recommend new agency agreements for signing</li><li>Provide agents with training and ongoing marketing support for new products</li><li>Identify and develop relationships with feeder institutions including English language schools, career colleges, high schools, and other providers</li><li>Compile regular agent and student recruitment reports to monitor student numbers against the target</li><li>Gather feedback on market conditions including competitors, industry trends</li><li>Oversee the development and implementation of the agent strategy</li><li>Implement agent incentive plans including account planning processes</li><li>Manage systems to ensure agents receive updated product and process information to support recruitment of target students</li><li>Perform competitor analysis</li><li>Maintaining a record of the number of applications, deposits, and student commencements, number of active agents, agent satisfaction</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul><p>Supplemental pay types:</p><ul><li>Performance bonus</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Business development: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p><p>Application Deadline: 23/08/2024<br>Expected Start Date: 23/08/2024</p>
