<h3>Role Profile</h3><p>As a Frontend Development Manager, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.</p><h3>Tech Profile/Essential Skills</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (10+ years of experience) in development including defining requirements, developing solution alternatives and estimates, and translating client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large sophisticated IT solutions</li><li>Experience in developing frontend components while considering accessibility and user experience.</li><li>Modern JavaScript stack - ES6/2017 exposure with knowledge of async/await and modularization with Webpack</li><li>Angular and React experience, including lifecycle methods, hooks, and composition</li><li>Hands of experience in forge component development</li><li>CSS modules or CSS-in-JS</li><li>Unit and functional testing experience, for example with Jest, Testing Library or Cypress</li><li>Software development lifecycle experience and experience working in an Agile methodology</li><li>Strong leadership ability to guide the junior team members on engineering and implementation.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience in financial domain</li><li>Experience consuming and developing XML and JSON web services.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Information Technology</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration and leadership skill</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.</li><li>Adopt at learning new technologies quickly.</li></ul><h3>Education and Professional Skills</h3><ul><li>Professional qualification or equivalent.</li><li>BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable)</li><li>Shown English reading/writing capability required.</li><li>Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.</li><li>Agile related certifications preferable</li><li>Customer centricity</li><li>Strategic ability to define technical direction in the portfolio of products including technical strategies and plans and execution plans.</li><li>Strong collaborator and relationship management</li></ul><h3>Detailed Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Frontend Development Manager will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions</li><li>Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and harmonise with other multi-functional teams</li><li>Work with other developers to deliver digital components and experiences</li><li>Contribute to common UI library and follow the guidelines</li><li>Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse</li></ul>
