<h3>Description</h3><p>Our Schodack Internal Med and Peds is hiring a full-time Patient Support Representative to join their team!</p><p>The hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4pm</p><p>The primary responsibility of this role is to answer phones in a high-volume call center, and to schedule appointments.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Answer multiple line phone system, forwarding calls to appropriate location or handling calls personally when appointments are needed.</li><li>Remove messages from phone system and return calls to patients as needed.</li><li>Cancel and reschedule patients when necessary.</li><li>Schedule appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to care.</li><li>Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.</li><li>Transfer/retrieve office phones to/from answering service.</li><li>Answer overflow of phone calls and direct appropriately.</li><li>Process incoming telephone calls/messages based on office policy and procedure.</li></ul><p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now !</p><p><strong>Annual salary range:</strong> $14.50 - $21.75</p><p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
