  Focusing on Sports and Casino, the Social Media Manager will be at the forefront of our Dutch social media strategy, creating market-specific plans, tailoring content for the Netherlands and driving initiatives to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
 </p>
 <p>
  Ideally you will have experience gained working with a gaming/entertainment brand either client or agency side in planning scalable content for social media and digital channels in compliant markets.
 </p>
 <p>
  This role requires a resourceful, creative, and passionate person who can harness their direct experience in managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
 </p>
 <p>

  You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise. The ideal candidate will be flexible and self-motivated whilst being able to multi-task, and adaptable. A positive, strategic, and problem-solving attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to drive creativity is essential for this role.
 </p>
 <p>
  Within this role you will support coordinating the overall strategic focus of the digital content at a local level, all visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content.

   YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Native speaker of the Dutch language with an excellent understanding of cultural attitudes, social truths, and news at a local level.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong copywriting and planning skills with attention to detail.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of Digital and Social Media content best practices and how to implement them.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience of translating and localizing content from English to Dutch.
  </li>
  <li>
   Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives outcomes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to think outside-the-box and create and execute innovative social media and PR campaigns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze data and metrics to measure social media campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  </li>
 </ul>

   OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 <ul>
  <li>
   2+ years of professional experience on social media
  </li>
  <li>
   Native Dutch language skills &amp; fluency in English
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to be present at our office in Leiden 2 times a week
  </li>
  <li>
   Good experience devising and managing social media campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Data Analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent time and self-management abilities
  </li>
  <li>
   A proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to design and edit social multimedia content
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.
  </li>
 </ul>

   NICE TO HAVE:

   Experience working with the Dutch/German Market and an understanding of the betting industry
  </li>
  <li>
   An understanding of the betting industry would be beneficial, but not essential
