Using broad, scalable expertise, we leverage technology to transform business and enable change.</p><p>Recognized for accelerating the adoption of digital technology to transform business, Core BTS delivers robust cloud, modern workplace, security, and networking solutions to commercial and public-sector clients.</p><p>With broad, scalable expertise, Core BTS is passionate about solving complex issues with an unwavering focus on client experience.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Participate in the planning, designing and implementation of all aspects of the client computer network</li><li>Recommend, plans, develops and implements network configuration changes and/or upgrades to maintain appropriate levels of service to user community</li><li>Analyze, identify, and resolve communication problems occurring between servers, workstations, PCs, the Internet</li><li>Operate the control console(s) of network systems to monitor performance, resolve problems and upgrade systems</li><li>Develop and monitor Local Area and Wide Area Network (LAN and WAN) performance and utilization statistics and prepares periodic reports for management summarizing network status</li><li>Configure ISE for wireless access, with MAB and Central WebAuth.</li><li>Manage and upgrade Cisco IP phones.</li><li>Deploy WAPs throughout the district. Managed the Wireless infrastructure and airspace.</li><li>Deploy MFA through Cisco Duo for multiple applications.</li><li>Manage content filtering, and security using Cisco Umbrella, AMP, Firepower, and ISE.</li><li>JAMF and Apple/Mac experience desired</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Working knowledge of Windows Server, Cisco voice, data, and wireless experience, virtualization software experience, and backup experience. Experience with O365, Active Directory, SAN, SCCM, Google Admin highly desired.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of network communication concepts as they relate to network topology, communication and data transfer protocols, hubs, switches, routers, servers and cabling.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain diagrammatic representations of network configurations.</li><li>Ability to develop effective working relationships with vendors, staff and other work contacts.</li><li>Experience with Level 1 and 2 support tickets and a main point of contact for all requests. Excellent customer service experience is a must.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The compensation range for this position is $64,000-$70,000, depending on experience.</p><p>EOE/AA</p>
