But what truly makes Ingersoll Place special are the wonderful people who call it home.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>Our drivers and maintenance team are an essential part of our workforce because they connect to our residents while making sure they are safely transported to their appointments and ensuring their environment is safe. The Full-time position will need to be flexible with hours. All scheduled transportations are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.</p><p>The individual we are seeking will provide safe and reliable transportation for our residents. They are responsible for ensuring that the medical and social needs of our residents are met by transporting them in our company car or bus. In addition, this person is responsible for overseeing the maintenance needs of the vehicles and informing supervisors of the need for scheduled maintenance or repairs.
