  What You Will Really Be Doing...

  Accounting Management:
 </strong>
 Overseeing all traditional accounting responsibilities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

  Business Development:
 </strong>
 Collaborating closely with our CEO and executive team, to explore and assess new business opportunities and commercial models that align with Aize's strategic goals.

  Value Driver:
 </strong>
 Acting as a business partner across the organization, ensuring commercial models and financial strategies drive the value of Aize as a leading SaaS company.

  Leadership:
 </strong>
 Utilizing your financial domain expertise to propel Aize forward, ensuring our financial strategies are aligned with our long-term success.

  M&amp;A and Investment:

 Leveraging experience in mergers and acquisitions and securing investors for private funding rounds, with an eye toward potential public offerings.

  How Will You Be Doing This

  Building Relationships:
 </strong>
 Establishing strong connections with the Aker group, understanding their ecosystems as an investor and owner, and integrating with our product, people, and commercial teams.

  Strategic Financial Management:

 Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and development with a focus on past performance and future growth.

 We now seek a CFO to guide and structure our ongoing and future work. Aize is in an early but scalable phase with a solid runway, facing important financial and strategic decisions that will shape our future.

 You will report to our CEO, be part of our executive management team, and lead the financial division.

  Who We Think You Are
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a SaaS or tech environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of building relationships across the organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adaptable and proactive, flourishing in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in a global or multi-regional context, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on approach, adept at navigating minimal support structures and effectively leveraging external partners like Aker.
  </li>
  <li>
   A visionary leader with at least 10 years of experience, ready to shape and grow the finance division at Aize.
