We strongly believe that the purpose of our Vice President of Employee Benefits colleague, is to provide strategic leadership in developing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support the organization's overall goals. And through passionate engagement in both high-level strategic planning and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, help us attract and retain employees. <br/> <br/> <strong> Role Description <br/> <br/> </strong> <em> The Vice President of Employee Benefits will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. This executive leader will collaborate with senior management to align benefits strategies with our business goals, ensuring that our offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and meet the diverse needs of our workforce. <br/> <br/> </em> <strong> Key Responsibilities <br/> <br/> </strong> <strong> Strategic Leadership </strong> : <br/> <br/> Develop and lead the strategic vision for employee benefits, aligning with the company’s overall mission and objectives. <br/> <br/> <strong> Program Design <br/> <br/> </strong> Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of all employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and other voluntary benefits. <br/> <br/> <strong> Compliance <br/> <br/> </strong> Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and stay abreast of changes in legislation that impact benefits administration. <br/> <br/> <strong> Vendor Management <br/> <br/> </strong> Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness. <br/> <br/> <strong> Employee Engagement <br/> <br/> </strong> Lead initiatives to educate and engage employees about their benefits, fostering a culture of wellness and financial security. <br/> <br/> <strong> Data Analysis <br/> <br/> </strong> Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and make informed decisions to optimize offerings. <br/> <br/> <strong> Team Leadership <br/> <br/> </strong> Build and mentor a high-performing benefits team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment <br/> <br/> <strong> Desired Skills <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. </li> <li> Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information. </li> <li> Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to employees and stakeholders. </li> <li> Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> Desired Formal Qualifications <br/> <br/> </strong> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. <br/> <br/> Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. <br/> <br/> <strong> What does Element Logic offer? <br/> <br/> </strong> <ul> <li> Innovative and creative workplace in a growing business. </li> <li> Flexibility is offered through a hybrid work model. </li> <li> Individual skills development plans. </li> <li> Opportunity for relocation for our internal employees to various countries worldwide through our Global Mobility program. </li> <li> Market competitive wages and benefits including insurance, pension plans, and more. <br/> <br/> </li> </ul> <strong> Place of work: </strong> Where the right candidate is located <br/> <br/> <strong> Start date: </strong> To be agreed upon <br/> <br/> <strong> Form of contract: </strong> Permanent employment <br/> <br/> <strong> For further questions about the position or process, contact VP Talent Aqcuisition & Employer Branding by email: beate.hall-hofso@elementlogic.no. <br/> <br/> </strong> <strong> Be yourself, in your element. <br/> <br/> </strong> <em> At Element Logic, our people are our greatest resource.
