  Hull Structural Lead Engineer

 to join the Floater group in

 You will be part of a team that has shaped the Company's deliverables of floating installations over several decades. The team consists of highly qualified and passionate engineers with a broad range of experience from concept development to project execution.

 What will you be doing?

  As a Key Member Of The Team, You Will
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Drive the development of our Floater and Marine Technology group in our transition to renewable energy
  </li>
  <li>
   Design and analyze innovative floating structures for offshore wind, fish farming, and oil &amp; gas projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead technical aspects from concept phase to detailed engineering
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with various teams and liaise directly with sub-contractors and clients
  </li>
  <li>
   Solve complex challenges in a rapidly evolving industry
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage project schedules and deliverables while developing relationships with key clients across diverse energy sectors
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop alongside experienced professionals, continually expanding your expertise

   <br/>
  </li>

  We Think You Should Have
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   M.Sc. or higher in a technical field, bringing leadership experience and expertise in floating structures design
  </li>
  <li>
   Mastery of structural FE analysis, fatigue analysis, and industry standards (NORSOK, ISO, DNV)
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in SESAM, ABAQUS, and Python
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong project execution skills and a track record of successful fabrication
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication in English (Norwegian a plus), with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  </li>
  <li>
   Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments, coupled with a customer-focused mindset
