  Education Minimum Requirement:
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in biology, biochemistry, engineering (preferably chemical, biochemical, biological or similar), microbiology, molecular biology, virology, or chemistry.
 </p>
 <p>

  &bull;Candidates must have excellent technical, organizational, interpersonal, collaborative, and verbal/written communication skills.
 </p>

  &bull; Candidates must have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Candidates must have knowledge of appropriate methods to conduct process analytics including statistical process control, regressions, analysis of variance, etc.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Candidates must have the ability to examine an issue from diverse perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, ergonomic risks, potential to automate process).
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Candidates must have the desire to be part of a team and work together to solve complex issues.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull;Candidates must have a desire for continuous learning.

   Preferred Experience and Skills:
  </strong>
 </p>

  &bull;Candidates should have previous internship/work experience in similar field.
 </p>

  &bull;Candidates should have leadership role experience.

  &bull;Candidates should have familiarity with microbiological, molecular, or biochemistry principals including sterile processing, biologic or vaccine processing, and cGMP experience.
 </p>

   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Work independently and as a team member with integrity, respect, precision, ambition, and inclusion.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Provide technical support for assays and analytical techniques in the form of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and report writing.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Implement and incorporate data analysis techniques including statistical process control to improve assay understanding.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Evaluate alternative analytical techniques and develop assay improvement plans.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Lead technical studies and author reports to advance project goals and deliverables.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Author and support change control implementation for both site and global changes.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Support routine analytical testing such as live virus titrations and ELISAs.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Support technical investigations via troubleshooting, root cause analysis, product impact assessments, and identifying corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Support seamless and rapid technology transfers.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Recommend and support the creation of automation and process control.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Author and review procedures for operation of equipment and processes.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Contribute to process and equipment safety reviews, process hazard analysis, and feasibility studies.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Help empower teams to achieve the site&rsquo;s mission, vision, and goals through efficient and safe operation of process systems.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Perform off-shift work (only as needed).
 </p>
