Content Strategy Development
</strong>

<li>
Define, develop, grow, and own the Dr. Berg Nutritional's Social Media strategies creating a comprehensive content plan that aligns with the brand’s goals. This involves understanding the target audience, setting objectives, and planning content types and themes that will engage users.

<li>

Content Creation Direction
</strong>

<li>
Advise the editors on successful and trending styles, videos, content, etc. and work with the CEO to create new videos or content for the social media channels.
</li>
<li>
Perform organic social media strategy and management on all platforms.
</li>
<li>
Create monthly organic social media calendar.
</li>
<li>
Manage Dr. Berg’s Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts accounts.
</li>
<li>
Develop a strategy to grow and build each community.
</li>
<li>
Manage and present trend reports to leadership.
</li>
<li>
Strategize regarding social trends and insert in calendar as needed.
</li>
<li>
Consistent posting of 10-15 posts per week on all platforms within calendar parameters (creation to post < 7 days).

Scheduling and Posting:

Using social media management tools to schedule posts at optimal times to reach the target audience. This ensures a consistent posting schedule.

Post 10 – 15 posts on Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Pinterest and YouTube per week.

Review video and static imagery.
</li>
<li>
Schedule all content and review calendars weekly.
</li>
<li>
Reports on top performing content, trends, channel and content benchmarks.
</li>
<li>
Establish and share growth information with CEO and executive team.
</li>

Analytics and Reporting
</strong>

Monitor the performance of social media posts and metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and using this data to refine strategies.

Track and report performance, budget, etc. analytics bi-weekly.

Monitor the performance of social media posts daily and refine or improve as needed.

Community Management
</strong>

Engage with followers on YouTube & Instagram by conducting surveys, creating polls and quizzes and announcements coordinate with the Social Media Moderator team to collect feedback and insight.

Work with other teams such as marketing, PR, product development team, content team, and the Project Manager, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Qualification and Skills Required
</strong>

4+ years working as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist or similar role on accounts over a million followers per channel.
</li>
<li>
Experience working with a remote e-commerce company that focuses on nutrition, supplements, vitamins or similar company is preferred but not required.
</li>
<li>
High attention to detail.
</li>
<li>
Skilled in developing audiences across all social media platforms.
</li>
<li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and generate strategies for next steps.
</li>
<li>
Creative individual who delivers high-quality content.
</li>
<li>
Ability to establish metrics which grow audiences in size and engagement.
</li>
<li>
Results driven multi-platform social media strategy planner with experience on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Pinterest, YouTube and their practices and policies.
</li>
<li>
Proven success in using metric data for forward-thinking strategy.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of graphic design, video production and content creation, and ability to direct videographers and editors.
</li>
<li>
Constantly driven to stay on top of marketing trends.
</li>

Organized, good time-manager, thriving in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
