   RESPONSIBILITIES:
  </strong>
 </p>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Responsible for publishing once a day on Velvet Caviar&rsquo;s TikTok
  </li>
  <li>
   Ideating and developing the brand&rsquo;s content strategy on TikTok
  </li>
  <li>
   Organize and coordinate a content calendar for TikTok in accordance with Marketing Calendar
  </li>
  <li>
   Create short-form, of-the-moment content for TikTok and Social Ads
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide on-site social coverage at events (e.g. brand and press events, etc)
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor trends in content creation, design, and strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Rapid test and launch on trending TikTok concepts
  </li>
  <li>
   Hire and manage other TikTok creators for our channel
  </li>
  <li>
   Community management of the TikTok channel (with support from CX)
  </li>
  <li>
   Launch TikTok giveaway campaigns
  </li>
  <li>
   Report on performance every month
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver content guidelines and best practices
  </li>

   REQUIREMENTS:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   1+ years of TikTok account management and content creation
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of TikTok and demonstrated ability to manage
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to quickly translate trends for the brand
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with other creators
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and copywriting skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Good video shooting &amp; editing skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Very creative, thinks outside the box
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Portfolio of social media content you have created
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in sustaining product interest through creative tactics
  </li>
  <li>
   Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with analytics and measurement evaluation being able to turn evaluation into plan optimization
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  </li>
  <li>
   Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ability to develop and build cooperative working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
