  Summary Of Responsibilities

   Prepare and review tax returns accurately and in compliance with technical standards for businesses, individuals, and trusts.
  </li>

   Identify and research complex tax issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate closely with Partners, Managers, and team members to ensure exceptional client service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cultivate and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform additional duties as assigned.

  Qualifications
  <br/>

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Thorough understanding of accounting principles and professional standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   CPA certification or actively pursuing the CPA designation.
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years of experience in public accounting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in tax preparation, review, and compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with QuickBooks and Ultratax Software preferred.
