 </strong>
 We are Looking for a Quantity Surveyor that will be tasked with creating and managing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans, preparing take-offs and estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

 Key Responsibilities
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Prepare cost Estimates/Cost Plan for review including benchmarking
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop a variety of Value Engineering/Life Cycle Costing options
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify potential risks and assist with preparing and maintaining the Risk Register
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to meetings on the Pre&hyphen;contract Process
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute and assist in the preparation of the Procurement Strategy/ Report
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend Client meetings along with senior colleagues as required and record relevant discussion points and actions
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend Design Team meetings, capture and advise on potential cost implications and implement meeting outcomes
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in lease negotiations and validation of the tenant improvement allowance
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute and assist in the development of project templates
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with changing order logs, invoice logs, cost reports, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with measurements and research pricing for Development Appraisals
  </li>
  <li>
   Draft and finalize the Pre&hyphen;Qualification Questionnaire for review
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and tabulate PQQ responses
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform additional duties as assigned

 <strong>
  Preferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  </li>
  <li>
   2 years of minimum cost management experience
  </li>
  <li>
   MRICS or on the path to chartership preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in the use of the required functions in Microsoft Office skills, (e.g., Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint) to an appropriate level
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (Sustainability) to assist with appropriate options and cost implications
  </li>
  <li>
   Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  </li>
  <li>
   Organized and detailed oriented
