  Estimator Position Overview:
 </strong>
 The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates on projects that involve Heavy-Civil construction, bridges, road construction, airport construction, and sitework. The Estimator will review client project specifications, blueprints, and other applicable documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.

  Key Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Analyze and interpret project specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other contract documents to prepare accurate estimates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analysis of proposed projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with project team members to discuss and resolve issues during the estimating process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce bid forms, negotiate contract terms, and prepare award letters.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor project cost and scope changes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide technical advice to project personnel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain client relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Consult with the client on any changes to the project.

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience in Heavy-Civil, Estimating, Construction, and/or HCESS.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in HCESS Takeoffs and cost estimating.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
