 The Payroll Admin will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of Payroll and Attendance records in accordance with Frito-Lay guidelines and PepsiCo Controls Standards.
 <br/>

 Planned as (Monday &ndash; Friday First Shift) with ability to flex as needed to support the business and personal needs.

  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Assist in Process payroll data weekly for 1200+ Team Members
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with Payroll / Kronos weekly processing and closing process
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with Reconciliation and Balancing payroll weekly per Audit requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Interacts with Management and Team Members for validation of Payroll data
  </li>
  <li>
   Responds to/resolves Team Member's questions and problems
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in processing pay adjustments, special payments, Team Member deductions as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports Payroll PepsiCo Control Standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Processing &amp; Communicating Vacation / FMLA / Time Off Requests / Call Off Log
  </li>
  <li>
   Owns and updates Employee Calendars and Balances
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports HR with updates to Team Member data due to bidding, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitates NEO Training as it relates to Kronos &amp; Payroll
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitates Onboarding Kronos Training for New Manager/SCL&rsquo;s
  </li>
  <li>
   Enforce and retain Perry&rsquo;s Policies as pertained to Kronos/Attendance
  </li>
  <li>
   Process and maintain yearly holidays / pay rules through IT Service Requests
  </li>
  <li>
   Process and maintain annual Wage Authority through Service Requests
  </li>
  <li>
   Other duties as assigned by Manager and or to support the Site &amp; Region

   The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950
  </li>
  <li>
   Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  </li>
  <li>
   Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  </li>
  <li>

  Training and Skills Requirements:

   1+ years of Administrative experience required
  </li>
  <li>
   1+ years of Kronos or similar experience preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Payroll Systems, Kronos, Oracle, SAP preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to plan and manage multiple projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must be self-motivated, and organized
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability to work with teams and individuals
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid Communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality and data protection
