  <strong>
   Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Candidates must have experience with the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF)
   </strong>
   projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Candidates should have experience with general project management, performing
   <strong>
    Phase I and Phase II site investigations
   </strong>
   ,
   <strong>
    site characterization and site closure report writing, and additional skills related to Brownfields
   </strong>
   .
  </li>
  <li>
   Asbestos/lead consulting and GIS experience are also desirable.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Minimum Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   A Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in environmental science, geology or hydrogeology is desirable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of environmental consulting experience, excellent writing and communication skills, knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, and the ability to work independently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have a driving record that is acceptable to our company insurance carrier.
  </li>
