 In the Logistics Coordinator role, the following skill sets are needed in order to succeed.

  Preferred Ability To Understand And Troubleshoot Warehouse Management System
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Maintain constant communication with all members of the RDC (Regional Distribution Center) Leadership Team
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Communicate work requirement changes to associates to achieve optimal labor utilization
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Communicate overtime (scheduled and voluntary) to associates
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Coordinate and troubleshoot issues to adequate resolution; assure issues are communicated to members of the RDC Leadership Team
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Monitor workload requirements as it elates to the utilization of full time and temporary labor
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Develop and utilize metrics and Labor Management to ensure utilization of manpower is effective and efficient
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Ability to learn and support both inbound and outbound operations
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Support all safety procedures and accident awareness/investigation activities
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Oversee general RDC duties
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Understand and practice Whirlpool's Enduring Values
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Perform other duties as assigned or directed
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and flexibility in meeting deadlines
