  What is this role?
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 As a Logistics Coordinator, this role will be focused on working daily within our Logistics group and Carrier partners to ensure proper scheduling of shipments and bookings of sea, air and land freight with close work with our procurement and purchasing teams. This position requires an understanding of the logistics environment and communication with our third-party freight partners. The position will be working cross-functionally internally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Retail Shipping teams to ensure we maintain our high level of performance and deliver to customer expectations and requirements.

  What does an average day look like?
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Driving Results: Managing and Scheduling Freight loads to hit all Customer On-Time Delivery metrics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Taking Ownership: Managing the day to day relationships with our third-party freight teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Making Decisions: Assessing Customer requirements, and making the most economical freight decision to deliver products as efficiently as possible.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cultivating Relationships: Working closely with our Retail Operations and Retail Shipping teams to ensure we are complying with all Retailer requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Instilling Trust: Consistent and timely execution
  </li>
  <li>
   Customer Focus: Delivering product, in full, to all Retailer compliance expectations.

  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  What background should you have?
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   1-4 years experience in a similar role or 4 year degree in a related subject
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic Knowledge of Freight and Logistics markets
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational, and communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong technical skills and understanding (ERP, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc)
  </li>
  <li>
   Willing to work hard, and stay until the job is complete
  </li>
  <li>
   Positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, across multiple departments
  </li>
  <li>
