  Job Duties include:
 </p>

  &middot; Monitor the execution of customer deliveries throughout the network, proactively communicate customer ETA&rsquo;s or delays to ensure that customer expectations and performance indicators and are met.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Providing real time support for ordering, retrieval &amp; issue resolution.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Validation and documentation of pallet retrieval paperwork to initiate billing
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Lead and develop process improvements or design new processes in accordance with 48forty Solutions business needs and vision.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Provide customers with strong product knowledge and specifications.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Provide support and collaborate with all business units that directly impact orders and deliveries of our pallets, with the goal to achieve timely and accurate service and exceed customer expectations.
 </p>
