  I am partnered with an exciting small Ophthalmology / Cardiovascular focused Biotech, looking to hire an Manager, Clinical Data Management to join their team on a permanent basis
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  The company is a small specialist Biotech, with 3 clinical stage studies ongoing. Having recently gone public, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small growing organization and work on PII / PIII Submission studies.
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  They are looking for an individual to really take ownership of hands on data management aspects, as well as provide strategic oversight of CRO and Data Vendors
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  You will be required to strategize everything from study start-up to DB lock, and they are seeking someone capable of hitting the ground running.
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  Candidate will also need to have previous Biotech / Pharma experience, as well as experience in CRO oversight
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  Ideal candidate will have:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5+ years experience in hands-on Clinical Data Management
  </li>
  <li>
   1+ years experience in CRO oversight / management / leadership experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Medidata Rave Experience strongly preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in Illuminate is beneficial
  </li>
 </ul>
