   10+ years as a former CEO, Chairman, President, COO, or senior executive with $5MM P&amp;L responsibility
  </li>

   Experience building and leading high-performing teams and outperforming goals
  </li>
  <li>
   Availability and drive to embark on building your own business
  </li>
  <li>
   Independent learner who can impact CEO&rsquo;s and wants to help them develop and grow
  </li>
