 In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing claims from start to finish. From verifying policy coverage and conducting investigations to evaluating damages and negotiating settlements, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and fair resolutions for our clients.

  Responsibilities:

   Process new claims and gather relevant information from policyholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Verify policy coverage and determine the validity of claims
  </li>
  <li>
   Investigate and analyze claims to assess liability and determine settlement amounts
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather additional information
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements within established authority limits
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate and detailed claim records
  </li>
  <li>
   Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in claims handling
  </li>

   Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive claims experience

   Prior experience as a Claims Specialist or similar role
  </li>

   Strong negotiation and settlement skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in claims management software and systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
